Completely destroyed package received by international Buyer
Repeated calls to eBay phone numbers always result in my calling outside of normal business hours. Does Ebay even have business hours anymore? I have a buyer who has international and their item was completely destroyed and the box completely flattened from being loaded onto whatever container Ebay uses to ship overseas. None of this can be addressed with the AI ability in their chat

Mentor10 months agoThe buyer needs to open an "Item not as described - damaged" case. Since you used the eBay International Shipping service once the case is opened you contact eBay and let them know this sale was through the EIS program and they will refund the buyer and you keep the original payment.
