complete sale
i sold a card to a buyer who mistakenly checked pick up... I contacted him to get his address and then mailed him the product,. now I can not mark the sale as completed....?

Mentor4 months agoFor a Local Pickup item, ebay sends the buyer a message with a QR code (as well as a 6 digit code) that you need to scan/enter into the transaction. That is the way that ebay knows the buyer received his item. Since you won't have that proof of delivery, if the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you will end up refunding. If the buyer never files a case, I believe ebay will send the payout after 30 days.
