Complaints About "Hard To Contact eBay" If There's A Problem!
I've read numerous posts about users saying how difficult it is to get help from eBay representatives. I'm thoroughly confused about this. It takes about 3 minutes to click on a few places to get an eBay representative in the live chat. There's also the option to have eBay call you as soon as it's your turn, just as other 800 numbers do. Why are people saying that can't get any human help from eBay? This option isn't a "new" thing. It's been available for quite a bit. If anyone needs help finding their way to this help please message me. I've spoken to them 4x this past week about a fraudulent seller, which I was a victim of. Easy as Pie folks 😉

Mentor3 years agoLike a lot of things, it is easy to find once you know where to look.
It is much less obvious if you expect to find a phone number; not everyone thinks to use the automated chat to request a call back, particularly if the last time the user contacted eBay was by calling a phone number that was displayed on the site.
Available contact options may change depending on how busy things are or if there are major problems causing excessive call volumes. Not every category choice may lead to a chat option.
Also, some users are overseas where call back options may be limited.
And scammers frequently publicize fake phone numbers to take advantage of users seeking help using a search engine.
