Complaint Regarding Unregistered Payment on eBay
Dear Gadget- solutions,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the purchase of an iPhone 12 Pro (128 GB) for US$ 314.99. The payment was successfully processed on December 2, as shown in the attached receipt, including the reference order O*13-12397-99288.
However, to date, the transaction has not been registered on the eBay app, and I have not received any clarification or updates regarding this issue. I kindly request an immediate resolution, either by regularizing the order or processing a refund of the debited amount.
