Complaint about the buyer
Hi, my name is Nima.
I’m calling because my account is on hold.
A buyer said the gold bar I sold is fake, but the buyer told me they did not open the package.
I asked how they know it’s fake, and they didn’t answer.
I actually bought this gold bar from eBay myself a few months ago, and I didn’t know it could be fake.
I think I’m also a victim.
I need help to review this case and restore my account, please.
