😡EBAY'S CONTACT OPTIONS MAKE ME BEYOND ANGRY.............👺 NO PHONE OPTION........👹 WHITH OUT LOOKING 4 NUMBER FOR AN HOUR. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO KEEP TRYING TO FIND THEIR NUMBER.....THE MORE I USE EBAY THE MORE I HATE IT.

I see this is a Buying account. If you are having a problem with a transaction you can ask your question here. The Community is support by Buyers and Sellers who volunteer their time to assist other members using eBay.
If your issue is on the account level you can request a call back, there is not number to call, they call you. eBay Customer Service

OP1 year agoTHANK-YOU MR LINCOLN, I HAVE FOUND THIS OPTION IN THE PAST BUT IT TAKES A LONG TIME FOR ME & I AM GOOD @ LOOKING . IT SHOULD NOT BE THAT HARD TO FIND A CONTACT NUMBER!!!!! AND THERE IS AN EBAY NUMBER IT IS JUST EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND.............I HAVE IT WRITTEN DOWN SOMEWHERE. I JUST AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SITE..........THE SEARCH FUNCTION IS HORRENDOUS..........I SEARCH 4 FORD TRIM -MOULDING PARTS I GET CHEVROLET PARTS FOR DOORS OR WHEELS........IT SHOULD BE EMBARRASSING TO EBAY............I MUST SAY THOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING IN HELPING ME RESOLVE ALL THE MANY DISHONEST SELLERS I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.........

You are more than welcome. Prior to Covid there was a number to call for CS, I know I used it and still have it. However, that all changed. I guess one of the challenges is how many phone support people should a company have who has around 17 million Sellers and somewhere around 10-12 times that many Buyers?
