Mentor1 year agoYou have 30 days from receipt to open a case for an "Item not as described" in the resolution canter. This overrides the sellers return policy. The seller will need to accept the return and provide a prepaid return label (if a domestic seller or send you the funds to return the item if an International seller) then fully refund you on the return on the item. Or they can just provide a full refund without requiring a return.
