competitor is out to get me...HELP
I'm dealing with a competitor who has made false claims about our item being counterfeit after buying a dozen units first, and then I cancelled a second large purchase after they demanded $600 back in order to get a lower price. Months later, this competitor purchase all the shown available quantity and then returned it and claimed it was expired. After wasting $100 of shipping back and forth by returning their 2nd order which we reluctantly fulfilled they then hit me with a claim that the item was not expired, but counterfeit. This competitor is out to get me through every false claim imaginable and keeps having my listings removed. Does anybody know how I can stop this?
