communication with a real person on ebay-Please?
I purchased a new "fellowes" paper shredder from an ebay seller [removed by moderator]. It is brand new in the box, it lasted less than a month and then died. The seller denied my return because it was 31 days beyond the original order, I can't get a real person from ebay to talk to me. please help thanks

Mentor7 months agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item, so it is too late for ebay to help. If you paid with a credit card, contact the card issuer regarding a chargeback. They will usually help you up to 180 days from the transaction.
