Hello EBay people, my question is a simple I think, what do I do when a seller isn’t responding to questions about an item we want to buy? Zero response for 2 weeks so far, and it doesn’t say the seller is away, plz advise and thx

Mentor2 years agoSellers are not required to respond to questions, though many sellers will as a matter of good customer service.
If a seller is not providing basic information about a product after a polite request, find another seller that can answer your question or one that provides that information in the item listing to do business with.
