Communicating with seller as a guest
I made a purchase as a guest. I cannot communicate with the seller because it prompts me to sign up. I already have an account, so I am in a do-loop. Is there a way around this?

For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your current eBay account, then find the email you received from eBay regarding the guest purchase and use the "order details" link. The link will not work if you are still signed in.

I have signed out, and I am still only being directed to create an account when I select contact seller. There is no option to sign in. I am on an iPad, not sure if this is a part of the problem.

Mentor11 months agoIf possible try using a different device to rule out a problem with your iPad or the app.
Try using a private or incognito browser window to ensure you have no eBay account history in your browser causing an issue.
