Communicating with eBay is horrible
THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH EBAY is horrible . My feedback is great! Why am I still being punished because of last years transactions? This is ridiculous. I found out my husband had cancer last year and that’s why my life was turned upside down!!

·2 years agoYour response to the negative comment was, fortunately, very professional (a lot of sellers will lash out with a response that makes them look worse than the negative did). Your response reassures buyers, and speaks in a very positive manner. That will far outweigh the negative.

Mentor2 years agoFirst, I am sincerely sorry about your husband's diagnosis. Feedback stays on a member's account for 12 months. If you received negative feedback for example in October 2023, it would stay on your account until October 2024.
When a Seller receives a negative, they can ask the Buyer to revise it. They can ask eBay to remove it (within a certain timeframe) and/or they can respond to it, as you did.
With all the positives you have received and with the many active listings you have now, the positives will soon push that one negative from months ago to the bottom.
