Communicate to eBay about a recent accident and hospitalization that caused bad feedback
Can anyone please help me> I was a seller with a 100% feedback and doing very well on this site until I was involved in a bad vehicle accident that left me in a medically induced coma for over 5 weeks. At this time, I made sales and was unable to deliver the items, which has made several buyers upset, and I now have a score of 96.2, basically the kiss of death. Is there any way to maybe reverse the score, or how do I recover from a score like this now. Any help would be amazing and greatly appreciated

First: I'm sorry to hear about your accident and hope you are continuing to improve.
Ebay, like most other online marketplaces, is fairly automated. Because of that and the sheer volume of Buyers and Sellers using the site, eBay cannot make exceptions when it comes to account defects. There are some appeal processes and they all have deadlines.
Going forward, you could have someone who can put your Account on Time Away in the event of an emergency.
The best way to increase the health of your Account is to list as much as you can, then ship on time and quickly respond to any Buyer questions.
