Does anyone know what Commentsold.com is? Does this have anything to do with EBAY or Etsy?
My visa was charged for this company. In June I called my visa and they looked into it. They came back saying it was a legitimate charge and I had to pay it. I occasionally purchase on Ebay. Could some sellers visa charges say commentsold.com on my statement?

They don't have a number to call on the website. I found a number when googling the company and the number was discontinued. When trying to make a comment on the website it sent me in a circle with no place to submit.

Then I would contact your card issuer again and ask them for help getting details of the purchase, since you have no record of it.
They can contact commentsold for you and request the details. Once when I needed help, they called the merchant while I was on the call and connected me with a person who helped (I had no details on the transaction).

It is not associated with either site - it is a live stream selling platform for use on social media sites. A single charge should be a purchase, not a seller subscription. Did you buy something on insta, facebook or tiktok?
From what I read, a buyer has to create an account to make a purchase through commentsold. I would go to their website and try to sign in.

OP10 months agoThank you for your reply. I didn't open an account with them that's why I'm confused. I'll see if I get charged again in the future. At least I now have a new card. Thanks!

I would not give up on the charge - I would contact commentsold and ask them for details of the transaction.
