Comment on Terrable (missing package) -- Prime Re-lister maybe?
Can't comment on other posts... I'm not worthy apparently. So, I'll create a new post.
The seller might be an insidious Prime re-lister. They’re a long-time issue here, and eBay won’t deal with problem.
Example #1, coupla years ago, I had no recourse on a refund; I had to take a $190 hit when the box didn't arrive, but UPS said it did (I had Ring proof UPS was never at my house that day). Guessing a neighbor got the box. Prime re-lister refused to file a claim with Amazon for mis-delivered box.
Examples #2-4… same thing happened when I bought 3 items here for holiday gift giving, from 3 Prime re-listers. Item was out-of-stock on Amazon, and I had to jump through all sorts of hoops and wait and wait and wait to get my money back here. Worst part were all the lies the Prime re-listers used when Amazon was out... "shipper won't ship to your address, (golly gee, I've lived here 25 years, sooo...)" and "we had it in stock but we just sold it then forgot to take off eBay." Forget the other line o' hooey from third Prime re-lister.
No one here wants to deal with all the Prime re-listers. They're easy to spot... they're often using Amazon photo files. So what if buyers are lied to, and buyers shell out money for things they never get. So what, right? Money is being made from fees, so all good in the neighborhood.
Sorry to blather but no one here wants to do right by sellers when known issues like this are brought to their attention.

OP5 months agoIMPORTANT FOLLOW-UP: If you have a UPS tracking number that’s from Amazon, you can NOT file a claim with UPS for a mis-delivery. UPS will tell you to file the claim with Amazon, and only the Amazon buyer (i.e., the Prime re-lister) can file a claim. They usually refuse to do that.
