Combining shipping on variation listing
a buyer reached out to me regarding some items I have listed under a variations listing, asking what the price would be for 4 of the 5 items, including shipping, but did not give me a zip code.
I can't message him asking that on the message page because I get an error message that says
It appears your message contains contact or payment information which is not allowed under our Member-to-member contact policy. For the safety of our users, all communication and payments must remain on the eBay platform.{e280303-1259501x}
So how can I possibly calculate postage and tell him what the total cost would be?

Mentor1 year agoYou can contact the buyer, tell him/her to use the ADD TO CART and then click REQUEST TOTAL. You can then get the 4 items, package them up, and calculate the shipping to the buyer's zip code.
