Combining shipping for international
Someone bought three items from me and want to combine the shipping cost. I cannot send them an invoice because they are international. Ebay is trying to charge them for three separate shipping charges. What can I do?

an alternate way other than the great advice from @comics-scifi-collectibles is to click on 'send refund' from the purchased item(s) for the difference in shipping cost.

Mentor3 years ago@stuff4divas They can't do that since they are shipping using eBay international standard delivery. Just like with GSP each transaction MUST have it's own corresponding code. If you put all of the items in one box without redoing the sale the custom fees won't be right and the other items will not have tracking to prove delivery.
What you suggested would work great for domestic orders or self shipping internationally.

You have to cancel all of the orders as problem with buyers address.
Then refund the buyer if they have paid.
Next relist all of the items in ONE listing for the buyer to purchase. This only works when the items are similar and from the same category.
I know this is a hassle but I have done it a few times for Global Shipping orders.
