Combining shipping costs
Hi. I’m trying to purchase 3 items from a seller and she has agreed to reduce the shipping costs. The problem is she doesn’t know how to reduce it and she keeps telling me to request an invoice. Nowhere in my cart or checkout page do I have any option to request an invoice or pay later. If this doesn’t get resolved soon I fear I will lose the items. Any suggestions please????

-If the items are Buy it now with Immediate payment required you will NOT be able to request an invoice.
If there are no offers on those three listings and more than 12 hours remaining in their current listing cycle the Seller could turn Immediate payment required OFF which would then allow you to request an updated invoice.
-The Seller can Refund you the shipping overage after the items are purchased and then combine them on their end once they know the final weight and box size for the three items.
-The Seller is not experienced selling on eBay, these are fairly common things Sellers can do.

First agree with the seller through eBay Messages on the exact amount of the combined shipping discount you expect. Once the seller confirms that amount in messages, go ahead and buy all the items so they’re locked in.
After you pay, the seller simply goes into the order in their Orders page and sends you a partial refund for the extra shipping you paid. This is easy to do, fully allowed on eBay, and it avoids delays or losing the items.
