combining shipping as a seller
Hey, been a while since I encountered this. Working with a buyer who has made offers on three of my items. I want to accept and offer combined shipping in same box. How do I ensure that will happen correctly before I accept offers - don't want him to have three shipping charges.

If your listings don't Auto Pay, you'll be able to send a revised invoice for the buyer.
If they do autopay, you can refund through PayPal as @rfmtm suggested or
1) Go to your Sold order here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select "Send Refund" from the drop-down list to the right.
3) You will be able to select the exact amount of the refund to send.
4) Confirm the refund
To Ship:
- If the buyer pays for more than 1 item separately, you can combine the orders before selecting a label using the "bulk shipping" tool on the browser.
Put a check mark to the left of your items on this page
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT
Select "Shipping" above
On the next screen it will ask if you want to 'combine' the orders. Check that box.
Enter the weight and dimensions for the package and print your label.

Two choices, ask buyer if he wants to cancel so you can put them all in the same listing at the agreed on price. Or whether you can just refund him the overcharge through PayPal.
