Combining shipping after buyer has already paid
Buyer bought 4 hats individually and has now messaged me that he wants me to ship them together in one package and give him a refund. How do I proceed? How do I get a shipping label that covers all 4 items in one box? How do I refund what he already paid on each individual purchase?

Mentor10 months agoUse the bulk shipping page - https://www.ebay.com/ship/bulk
Click combine by buyer at the top, then enter the combined weights and dimensions.
Use the Refund button in the drop down menu next to the items to do a partial refund.
