Combining shipping
New here and need to combine 6 articles of clothing and I don’t seem to have the options the directions tell me to choose

Mentor5 months agoGo to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Place a check mark in front of each sold item to the same buyer. Click ACTIONS at the top, click Get shipping label. Enter the weight of the package, the dimensions of the package, confirm and print the label. You can then select to Send Refund, select a reason, enter the amount to be refunded, send.
You can go to your Orders > Paid and shipped
lf you want to send a partial refund for the discount for combined shipping, Locate the order, click Send refund, select reason for the refund, the amount, Submit.
