Combining shipping
I have my settings to combine shipping, but my international buyers tell me they are being charged shipping for each item in their cart.

Mentor2 years ago@k_l_brands eBay is rolling out combined shipping for EIS orders but it's not available to all sellers yet.
For now this is what you have to do>>
EIS orders can't be combined without doing a work around.
Ask the buyer NOT to pay until all auctions are ended. (Make sure you don't have auto unpaid cancelation set up for too short of a time. )
Then let your buyer know how you will combine the orders....
Cancel all of the sales as problem with buyers address.
Relist combining ALL of the items into ONE Buy It Now listing. This can only be done if the items are similar and from the same category.
To save time so you don't have to take new pictures save a copy of the main photo from each of the other listings to upload onto the new listing. Right click on the photo and select save as... name it something easy to find. The photo will be saved to your download folder, not the pictures folder.
Then you can just add the saved photos to the new listing.

OP2 years agoThank you for your response! I am happy to hear it will be coming. It is with regular listings as well as auctions. I have been having them “purchase†a set of the same value and messaging me which they really want. With the set, they only pay shipping once.

Mentor2 years ago@k_l_brands. If they are only paying shipping once to Illinois then you don't have your listing set up correctly.
Are these items from the same listing or different listings? What is the item number?

OP2 years agoThey are only paying once when I have them purchase 1 set instead of individual items. That has been my work around.
They have to pay multiple shipping charges even when from all is in one listing.

This is only a problem for your EIS sales? If so then just keeping manually combining into one listing like you have been.
