How do I combine shipping for 2 separately listed items? So that the buyer gets a reduced shipping price.

How do I combine shipping for 2 separately listed items? So that the buyer gets a reduced shipping price.

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer has not paid, go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment and go to one of the orders. Click the down-arrow, click Send Invoice. ebay will state you have additional orders for the same buyer do you want to combine shipping. Enter the amount of shipping and send the message.
If the buyer has already paid, click to Print the label for the first item. ebay will state you have additional orders for the same buyer do you want to combine shipping. Say yes. Change the method of shipping/weight/dimensions of the package, print the label. Afterwards, you can go to the Order, click the down-arrow, and click Send refund to send a partial discount for combined shipping.
