combining shipments
I sold an item to a customer and then 3 days later they bought a similar item. I printed labels for both before I realized that they were going to the same buyer. I combined the shipments into 1 package and only used one of the shipping labels. Now it still shows that I need to ship the second item, so I canceled the label and marked the second item as shipped. Is there anything else I need to do to get paid for the second item since the second has been delivered but in the system it will probably never show it has been delivered?
