Yes, you can combine the items into a single shipment, and then refund a little of the shipping to the buyer, if you want to do that.
On the label print page for one of the items, click 'buy labels in bulk' in the upper right. On the bulk label page, click 'combine by buyer'. Enter the new weight and dimensions, and print your label.
Decide how much to refund the buyer on one of the items, then go to your sold orders and select send refund form the pull down menu next to one of the items.
