combining orders for shipping
A buyer ordered the same item but with 3 separate orders to get the total number of desired items. How can we combine orders and shipping for the customer?

Mentor2 years agoAssuming the same ID was used fro all 3 purchases (a guest buyer would show 3 different IDs), you can combine them into a single shipping label using bulk shipping - from the purchase label page, click buy in bulk in the upper right, or use this link - https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk
Select the 3 items and click combine. Enter the new combined weight and dimensions, and buy your label.
You probably want to send the buyer a little refund on the shipping - do that from your list of sold orders. Decide how much to refund, Then, next to 1 of the items, select send refund. Maybe put 1/2 of the refund on 1 item the other 1/2 on a 2nd item. Enter the amount then send.
