Combining orders, buying 1 label and getting charged for other 2 labels

Question

Had a buyer buy 3 hockey pucks.Charged shipping for all 3.Me being the nice person, combined and even refunded partial shipping charges.Looks like i was charged shipping for all 3 labels.Went to sellers hub, went to preferences.All of the items that I should ask for a refund are missing from this page. The item that did use to ship is there, but the 2 i removed shipping from are not there to ask for refund. Im out about $20, what can I do? Sounds like you may have purchased 3 labels, even though you only needed one, possibly through bulk label printing.

eBay only refunds labels that are unused and still within the void window. If the extra labels don’t show in the void page, usually it means one of these happened:

the labels were already used or scanned
the void window expired
or they were created in bulk and already processed

What to check:

Go to your orders and confirm how many labels were actually purchased

If the extra labels were purchased and never used, you can try voiding them here:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub

If they don’t appear there, they usually can’t be voided.

For combined orders, you can ship with one label and then upload the same tracking number to the other orders so they are all marked as shipped.
