Combining orders
For some reason, some buyers are able to request a total for multiple orders and some are not. I have checked my settings and I think they are correct. Any ideas on what i can do so that the orders can be combined before the buyer has paid and I can send an invoice???

Mentor2 years agoSome overseas buyers may not be able to combine purchases.
If buyers are using the eBay app, there is no option to request a combined invoice. If those users can use a browser in desktop mode to request an invoice, that option should appear.
