Mentor1 year ago@jdegrand61 Here's how to combine the shipping if it's NOT an eBay International Shipping Program order.
Go to your orders page and select all items that you wish to ship together>
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
Select get shipping label from the top of the list
Next screen say yes to combine orders and adjust the package size and weight as needed.
Then you can issue partial refunds on the shipping overcharge to the buyer manually. I recommend taking a bit off of each item. Just select send refund from the drop down menu next to the item on the orders page and use the reason shipping adjustment.
This way the tracking will automatically be uploaded to all items in the order too.
