Combining Multiple Accounts

Hello, I have Two accounts that I want combined so that all of my purchases are in one place. I am Brenda @weddingwoman123 and @WeddingWoman1. How do I get these combined to my 2017 WeddingWoman1 account? I can not contact an eBay rep and the help topics do not address my issue. I have attached screen shots of my 2 accounts. eBay has no provision to combine accounts as far as I can tell.
