combining items for invoice
buyer has an automatic payment when seller accepts their offer need to combine 5 offers together but can't combine items in 1 invoice after accepting the offers so I can change the shipping total. Or can anyone tell me what I need to do? I have not accepted the offers yet, but it is stated I will be paid automatically as soon as accepted, thanks thunt4

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer has already sent the offers, I don’t think changing your setting will help - you have the option to not require payment with offers. If you want to change it for future offers, see the last section here - https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
I think all you can do now is let the buyer pay the shipping, then refund a portion of it after you find a combined amount. Send a partial refund against 1 or more of the items from your sold list - select send refund by that item.
When you are ready to ship, you can use bulk shipping to combine the payments into a single shipment. After you click purchase label, click buy labels in bulk in the upper right of the label purchase page. Then click combine by buyer.
