Combining international shipping after they've already paid the invoices.
Two items were purchased by the same buyer. The buyer lives in Canada and I'm in the US. After the buyer paid the invoices for both items, they requested combined shipping. According to Printing and Cancelling Shipping Labels, I can do that from the bulk shipping tool.
When I go to the bulk shipping tool, the option for "Combine orders per buyer" is greyed out. I also see that the addresses are slightly different for the two items. The addresses are in Illinois and they only differ by an evtn code. Here's one of them:
110 Internationale Blvd
evtn:enxpyt3
Glendale Heights IL 60139-2080
The other one is identical except for a different code.
The buyer says this isn't his address, which is in Quebec. He sent a screenshot of his account with a Quebec address.
So I have a few questions:
1) Why is the address I see different from the address he sees.
2) Is there any way to combine shipping for these orders without cancelling them and starting over?

The address shown is for eBay's International Shipping hub. (EIS)
With EIS, you cannot combine shipping. There is no way to combine shipping without cancelling and relisting.
-- If you want to use EIS, put both items in one listing..... that one listing *may* or *may not* qualify for EIS, you have to wait to see what happens.
-- If you want to ship directly to Canada, you can create 2 listings, but be sure you have direct Canada Shipping, and be sure your buyer selects that, not EIS
