COMBINING Ebay International Shipping
I have an international buyer that wants 4 items. I offer Free Shipping and participate in Ebay's international shipping program.
When the customer puts the items in the cart, it is asking him to pay $90 shipping fee. This weight of box usually would be between $20-30. This money goes straight to ebay because I am shipping the items to their shipping hub in Illinois.
How can I get the shipping hub to combine shipping for the customer? Will ebay refund a portion of the shipping cost?
I have a theory. Because I offer free shipping, I don't usually put the weight or package dimensions. Is ebay autofilling these categories making my items too heavy? Is that the problem?
