combining a paid item with a newly sold item
Buyer paid for first item (including shipping) and then decided to buy a second item. How do I combine an item that was already paid for with a new sale? eBay only gives me the option to print shipping label for first item, no way to combine with new sale. Am I missing something?

Mentor3 years agoThe buyer needs to pay for the second item. If he has paid, use bulk shipping to combine the 2 items into 1 shipment.

After you purchase the combined label, you can refund a portion of the shipping, if needed.
