Combined shipping rule
Can anyone tell me why I cannot have combined shipping if I have local pickup as an option on my listing? I just don't see why offering someone combined shipping, when they are too far away to pick local pickup, could be an issue. Only people that live close to me and desire to arrange pickup would even select the local pickup option.
