'Combined Shipping/ Request Total' Not Showing Up for Customers

I am having issues with 'request total' not being available to buyers when they have multiple items in the cart. I currently have 'allow request total' active on shipping preferences, only 'buy it now' listings with no best offers available, and the standard 'ebay payment policy' selected for all listings. Is there any way I can get 'request total' to be an available for buyers? It would solve a lot of shipping inquiry issues! Thank you in advance!

Hi @mic_the_cat42

Do you have Immediate payment required turned OFF on your BIN (Buy it now) listings?

You might also change from USPS First Class to USPS Ground Advantage ... you CANNOT print USPS First Class Postage (stamp postage-NO tracking) through eBay's Label flow.

I currently have the 'ebay payments' selected as an option. When I go to edit the policy, the box that lists

'Require immediate payment when buyer uses Buy It Now.' I cannot uncheck the option without selecting an offline payment option. Is this normal? I'd prefer not to accept offline payments...

While I can change the first class shipping, a large portion of them only have 'parcel select' through USPS.

Parcel Select and First Class shipping for packages were combined years ago to USPS Ground Advantage, double check the package type, if it is a large envelope change that.

I can turn Immediate payment required ON and OFF on my listings, not sure why you can't unless you have a Business policy programmed or something like that. We have no account access but I wish we did to help you faster.

Thank you for your suggestions! I have a basic store subscription and am contemplating on whether it's an option reserved for larger stores (though I have no idea, lol). In the meantime, I will adjust my shipping options and get those cleaned up. Thank you again, your responses are very much appreciated.
