combined shipping request
To combine shipping charges for several items from a seller, Help says to go to cart to review purchases and request combine shipping from seller. I see no way to do that. There's no tab labeled "contact seller" or "invoice request" or anything I can touch to do this. There's nothing on my checkout page to contact seller either.

Mentor2 years agoCombined shipping is not something to ask for after purchasing. Not all sellers can/will do it. If you purchase items with different types of shipping, it is not allowed. For example, if you buy a book and a patch, I cannot ship those items together as media mail. Patches are not allowed in that type of shipping. I would ship them separately.

Mentor2 years ago@marwakele_0 The seller has to have the allowed combined shipping turned on in account settings for the buyer to be able to request an invoice from their cart.
The seller can send an invoice without a buyer requesting one IF the buyer has committed to buy the items and they are waiting for payment, not just in their cart.
Buyers can NOT request invoices from the APP.
