combined shipping question
I just recently began selling trading cards on ebay and I had a potential buyer ask me if I offer combined shipping. I'm looking for suggestions for how to set up my shipping preferences as it relates to combined shipping. I hadn't thought about what to do for shipping costs when a buyer purchases multiples items and I'm curious to hear what other sellers recommend. Most of my listings are currently for single trading cards and I have just been shipping my products in regular sized envelopes and printing my shipping labels at home after purchasing the shipping label from eBay. I am not sure how to respond to the question I received regarding combined shipping. What are other sellers doing and what is a good policy for combined shipping? Again, I am almost exclusively selling single trading cards. I am interested to hear from other sellers who are familiar with selling and shipping trading cards. Any recommendations would be helpful. I would like to attract as many buyers as I can without creating too many additional shipping costs for myself. I am interested to hear other sellers' input and any advice is much appreciated. Thank you for your time

You can learn how to set up combined shipping by opening the link below. You will have to revise your current listings to allow a request. Then once you have it set up, in your Seller's Description state I offer combined shipping, add items to your cart, and when you have made your selections click on request combined shipping.

If the pehtt ps://pe.usps.com/businessmail101?ViewName=Lettersrson making the request has already added items to the Cart, tell them if they use Buy It Now, that you will refund the difference in shipping cost they will pay. The link below tells you how to send a partial refund to a buyer.

When it comes to mailing cards do be aware that sending slabbed ones in an envelope may end up with them being lost or damaged if they are more than a 1/4 of an inch thick.
