Combined Shipping - One item purchased with shipping/immediate payment - how to add 2nd item
Hi,
I have a buyer who purchased one item this morning, which included shipping. She's come back and wants to purchase a second item, she hasn't completed the purchase yet.
I'd like to put the two items together so she isn't charged double for shipping each item.
How do I tell her to process the second item so that this is done properly?
Thanks

There are a couple ways to do this.
If she buys the 2nd item and pays the shipping
- You can refund the extra shipping and combine the items for shipment as follows
- If the buyer pays for more than 1 item separately, you can combine the orders before selecting a label using the "bulk shipping" tool on the browser.
Put a checkmark to the left of your items on this page
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT
Select "Shipping" above
On the next screen it will ask if you want to 'combine' the orders. Check that box.
Enter the weight and dimensions for the package and print your label.

If you don't want to refund, and you know the item she wants you can
A) Make it free shipping until she buys (and hope no one else grabs it)
B) Turn off immediate payment on the listing, and then send her an invoice with no shipping
C) Add best offer the the listing and have her make an offer so the Price + shipping = what just the Price would be
Regardless, you can combine the shipping as shown above.

OP4 months agoThanks for the quick response. The link above had an error, but I found this link that worked great to take me to the bulk ship page:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/bulk
Thanks again!
