Combined Shipping on offers
Newer seller here: I had a buyer buy three items. One buy it now and two best offer. eBay is showing no combined shipping on offers. Can we not combine the 3 items and offer the buyer a partial refund of part of shipping cost since there were offers? Thks

HOWEVER you can combine the shipping so that all items ship in one box once the items are paid for.
Go to this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
Put a checkmark next to all items
Select Get Shipping Label from the Shipping Drop down menu at the TOP of the list
Next screen say yes to combine.
Then adjust the package weight and size as needed
Next return to the Orders page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS select send refund from the drop down menu next to the items> Reason> shipping adjustment . I like to take a bit off each item in case of a return.
No returns does not mean no refunds. The eBay Money Back Guarantee overrules your no return policy which is only for buyers remorse.
