I have a buyer that purchased 3 DVDs , he said the shopping cart wouldn't allow him to combine the items into one shipment and instead charged him for three seperate shipments. He has over $50 in shipping fees as it stands and wants me to refund much of it. I didn't get most of it, eBay International Shipping Program got it. Anyone else have this issue? Calling eBay didn't help because the agent didn't understand the issue.
