Combined Shipping on International Orders...No Able To Do It
I lost (6) sales to a Canadian customer because I was unable to combine shipping. Ebay advised that they were unable to combine shipping or issue a corrected invoice to the customer involving international orders as they were re-vamping the system. I talked to an eBay agent about the problem, and after telling me it was not true, they finally admitted that the system was being re-vamped and the only way I could handle the problem would be to cancel the six sales and re-list all the items under one listing with a buy-it-now and total shipping cost. I did this and notified the customer of my actions, and he said I was lying to him, that eBay of Canada told him I could combine shipping under the old system and he stated that I was pulling a scam on him and refused to pay the bill. I then cancelled the combined listing and re-listed everything individually as it was previously listed. Now he states I refused to deal with him and he gave me six negative feedbacks on the items. After his accusing me of pulling a scam I placed him on my Do Not Bid List.

Mentor2 years ago@dmills1419 Sorry that happened. eBay is going to start allowing combined shipping on EIS orders and not have to do the cancel and combine option. That's too bad that your buyer was upset with you after you went to the extra work to accommodate them.
I recommend you contact eBay for Business on FB to have the negative feedbacks removed as they were not your fault but a result of the eBay International Shipping Program.
