Combined shipping on international orders

Question

I have an international buyer that has purchased three items. He has requested combined shipping for the three items, but Ebay will not let me send him an invoice with combined shipping. I told him to request combined shipping via requesting an invoice from him to me. He claims that he can't because there is no option on his end. I'm located in the USA and he is in New Zeeland. How can I combine shipping for this sale?

If this is the vestments, they have eBay International Shipping, you can't combine that.

Your only choice is to cancel the sale and relist as 1 listing.

The best way to manage this is to

1) Communicate with the buyer

2) Cancel the sale for "problem with buyer's address",

3) Relist your items in 1 listing and

4) Send the new listing number to the buyer so they can buy it again.
