Combined shipping for multiple accepted offers
now when offers are submitted, payment is automatic if the seller accepts. This same feature presents combined shipping for multiple accepted offers from one seller. I had a good deal on five items when the seller accepted my offers today. Because of automatic payment, combined shipping was impossible and we had to cancel the orders. Is there a solution for this new problem?

·2 years agoeBay is aware of our complaints that autopay prevents combining shipping. The only current solution is to ask the seller to refund the excess after combining shipping. Your seller may have accepted your offers with the extra shipping in mind as compensation.
If a seller were willing, the seller could turn off the autopay feature in the seller account, but it won't help you after the fact.
