Combined Shipping discount
After a customer told me that my ad was not combining shipping costs for multiple buys, I fixed it on my listing, or so I thought. How long does it take to show up? I did not do flat rate or promotional just the combined weight.

Below are two links that will allow you to consider a Business policy for combined shipping or use the canned options on the Shipping Preferences page.
I add ALL shipping on BIN listings that require immediate payment and then refund the shipping overage once I have all items packed and know final weight and box dimensions. This works for the type of things I sell. A basic Business policy may work for you or one of the other Shipping preferences options.
