combined shipping cost for unpaid items and one is still not accepted yet by buyer
I have a buyer who wants to know the combined shipping cost for one item in his cart and another not yet added.

You can certainly give them an estimate but have to be careful on a number of points.
-You need their zip code
-You need the best estimate on the size and weight of the finished package
-You need the total value of the items (if over $ 100 you need to add more insurance)
-If your items require immediate payment they will be charged the shipping cost as set up in your Combined shipping settings and if that totals ALL shipping then you will have to refund them the difference.
You can use the USPS calculator to come with an approximate cost to them knowing you will receive a discount when you print your labels through eBay: Retail Postage Price Calculator
