Combined shipping cost errors
When I listed my items i signed up in the seller hub for combined shipping and received a number to put on all my listings. Yesterday i was happy to see that one buyer purchased five of my puzzles and ebay combined the shipping. The problem is that ebay quoted seller $15.71 based on a small box size. When i went to get a label and entered the correct box size the cost went up to $57.81. I thought about leaving their box size but didnt wantto risk a charge back from USPS. I ended up cancelling the order. My question, should i take combined shipping off my listings to prevent this happening again.
