Combined shipping and payments

Question

I am having problems setting up combined payments and shipping for my customers. I have reviewed several posts on the web and the option does not seem to appear on my account. Any thoughts?

@qualitypins4u Are you trying to set up automated combined shipping rules?

Keep in mind that calculated shipping rules only combine weights and not package dimensions so they are not best for items that can end up over 1 cubic foot if combined due to dimensional surcharges.

This example that I made still applies, the names of the steps have changed a bit ( allow combined shipping is now called allow invoices, and and the listing tool is now called the Advanced Listing Tool, but everything still works the same)
