Combined shipping and mailed it but still getting notifications to ship 2nd item
Summary: jnaturally explained that they combined shipping for two orders and issued a refund for the shipping difference. Although both items have the same tracking number and appear as shipped on their seller dashboard, they still receive a "Paid - Ship Now" notification for the second item. rfmtm suggested using the Ship Manager/Hub to ensure all tracking numbers are tied correctly and confirmed that jnaturally should be fine as long as both items update to "received" status after delivery.
Hi, I combined shipping on two orders and mailed them. Then I sent the customer a refund on the difference. I copied the tracking for the one I mailed into the other item's tracking. I still have a notification that says "Paid - Ship Now" the second one in my notifications (the bell icon), but the item moved to shipped on my seller dashboard. When I click on the 3 dots it says it's shipped. I'm worried that I'll get downgraded for not shipping the item but it's in the box with the other item. Thanks for your help! Jeanette

Mentor3 weeks agoDid you use the drop down menu next to the second item to mark is as shipped? Did you check the order details of in the Shipping Hub that both items have a tracking number entered?
In the future always use the Ship Manager/Hub to combine the orders, this insures that all items get loaded with the tracking number directly from the ebay shipping system.
