How would I combine shipping after the buyer purchased 2 separate items?

How would I combine shipping after the buyer purchased 2 separate items?

Click purchase label next to one of the items. On the label purchase page, click buy labels in bulk in the upper right. On the bulk shipping page, click combine by buyer. Enter the new weight and dimensions, then buy your label.
If you want to give your buyer a little refund on the shipping, go back to your sld orders. Select send refund next to one of the items, and follow the prompts.
